I’m Seibu—I’m right at the heart of Seibu.

To mark the 20th anniversary of our group slogan, “From those who set out, to those who smile,” which embodies this spirit, we created a Seibu Group brand video and graphics featuring actual employees based on four heartwarming true stories shared by our customers.
